How can Approvers make their decision?

There are several ways to approve/reject a request:
  1. Use buttons in the email notification:
    Click on the “Approve” or “Reject” button in the notification email.

  2. Reply to the notification email starting with the word “Approved”/"Approve" or “Rejected”/ "Reject".

  3. Take decision via mobile app:
    Tap on the "Approve" or "Reject" button in the mobile app.

  4. Use ApprovalMax web app:
    Click on the "Approve" or "Reject" button in the web app.
  5. Use Slack integration to approve/reject your requests.
