Email processing failed notification to email sender
A notification should be sent if a file is received via email, but a corresponding request fails to be created.

The file size does not meet the accounting system limit |
File Upload Error | The email doesn't have a valid attachment |
The total email size is over 40 MB | The email is too big, resulting in a bounce message |
