Can I reset my ApprovalMax password on mobile devices?

Yes, you can reset your ApprovalMax password using the mobile app - provided that you have enabled 2FA for your account.

  1. To reset your password, click on the "Forgot password?" link:



  2. Type in your email address and click on "PROCEED":



  3. Enter the 4-digit code that ApprovalMax sent to your email address and click on "CONFIRM":



  4. If you have enabled 2FA, enter code provided by the Authenticator:
