Email Xero Sales Invoices created & approved in ApprovalMax to clients

If a Requester did not activate the checkbox for Automatically Email Sales Invoice to the Client and their Sales Invoice has now been authorised, they can still send this approved Invoice to the customer.

This is how it works:
  1. Click on the Sales Invoice PDF in the Approved folder
  2. Download the PDF


This also applies to Invoices that were created in Xero and then pulled to ApprovalMax.

Alternatively, Sales Invoices can be emailed to the customer from Xero:
  1. Open the Approved Sales Invoice in Xero
  2. Tick the Sent box
