This is how it can be set by a company Administrator:
In the main menu, select your Organisation and open the "Approval Workflows" page under "Workflows and settings" section. Select the respective workflow: Click on the cog icon to open settings of workflow. Choose the preferred option, click "SAVE" and “UPDATE THE WORKFLOW”.
