ApprovalMax Pay Wallets can only have one Wallet Owner. If you need to transfer this role, the current Wallet Owner must request the transfer directly from ApprovalMax.
Please note: This process must be initiated by the current Wallet Owner, it cannot be done by other team members on their behalf.
How to request a Wallet ownership transfer
To start the transfer, the current Wallet Owner must contact [email protected] directly and provide the following information:
The email address of the new Wallet Owner (the Wallet ownership recipient)
Confirmation that the new owner agrees to the transfer
Whether the current Wallet Owner should remain in the Wallet as a user, or be removed once the transfer is complete
Information required for the new Wallet Owner
To verify the new Wallet Owner, the following details must also be provided:
Full name
Date of birth
Home address
Email address
Phone number
A valid proof of identity document
Once these details are submitted, the ApprovalMax team will guide the new Wallet owner through the required verification steps before Wallet ownership is transferred.
