For all Organisations based in the US, your USD Wallet is your base Wallet; from here, you can convert into other supported currencies as needed.
Please note: Only the Wallet Owner or a Wallet Manager can add funds.
To add or top up funds, you can either
Click on ADD FUNDS in the top right-hand corner of the Wallets window.
Or, click on the Three-dot icon and select Fund.
Choose how you want to fund your Wallet. You can fund your Wallet using one of the following methods:
FedACH – for local ACH transfers within the United States. Typically processed within 1 business day.
Fedwire – for domestic wire transfers within the United States. Typically processed within 1 business day.
SWIFT – for international transfers. Processing time may vary, usually up to 1 business day.
Copy the payment details for your preferred funding method and initiate the transfer from your company's bank account.
Once your transfer is complete, the funds will appear in your Wallet, and the transaction will be listed under the Transactions tab.
