To make payments using ApprovalMax Pay Wallets, your QuickBooks Online account must have Multicurrency enabled.
ApprovalMax Pay Wallets are multi-currency digital wallets, meaning your Organisation can hold, convert, and send funds in different currencies. For these payment records to sync correctly back to your QuickBooks Online account (including bill payments and fees), your QuickBooks Online account needs to be set up to handle transactions in multiple currencies.
If you try to convert funds and Multicurrency has not been enabled in your QuickBooks Online account, you will see a warning banner at the top of the ApprovalMax Pay Wallets page.
You may also see an error on individual currency wallet cards. Once you have enabled Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online, select Retry on any wallet card showing this error.
To enable Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online
Please note: enabling Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online is permanent. Once it is turned on, it cannot be turned off, and your home currency cannot be changed. For full instructions on how to enable Multicurrency, please refer to: Set up and use Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.
