Item-based line extraction for QuickBooks Online Bills and Expenses with ApprovalMax Capture
ApprovalMax Capture can now extract item-based lines when creating Bills and Expenses for QuickBooks Online organisations. When enabled in the workflow settings, Capture recognises product codes from uploaded documents and matches them with existing QuickBooks items
Cancel requests created in external systems during the Review step
Requests created in external accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite or Dext can now be cancelled directly in ApprovalMax while they are in the Review step, before they proceed to approval.
