What to do when your ApprovalMax free trial is ending

Every ApprovalMax trial is designed to give you a full look at our features for 14 days. Once that period ends, your account shifts into a restricted mode where you can no longer create new approval requests, modify workflows, or adjust settings.

However, your data stays right where it is while you decide on your next move. Here are the three ways you can move forward:

Please note: If you already have an ApprovalMax subscription and want to add a new trial Organisation, the new Organisation's trial period will be limited to 3 days.

Purchase a subscription

To continue using ApprovalMax with all your existing data and workflow settings, simply click on Buy Plan in the Organisations Tab next to your Organisation name to purchase a subscription:

Request Trial extension

If you need additional time, you can request a trial extension.

Please note: To qualify for a trial extension, you need at least 2 Organisations with active subscriptions. Partner accounts are not eligible for trial extensions.

If you decide a specific trial Organisation is not the right fit, you have a few ways to wrap things up without affecting your other active subscriptions.

Deactivate the Organisation

If you want to stop using the Organisation but keep your history for audit purposes, you can deactivate it in the Organisations tab by clicking on the three-dot icon and selecting Deactivate organisation:

Delete the Organisation

If you prefer to permanently remove an Organisation and all its associated data from our servers, you can delete it. In the Organisations tab, click on the three-dot icon and select Delete organisation:

Please note: Deleting an Organisation permanently removes all data and cannot be reversed.
