To end a trial and delete your ApprovalMax account:
In ApprovalMax, click on your Avatar in the top-right corner and select Billing & Subscriptions:
In the Account Details tab, click on the three-dots menu and select Cancel my Account:
That’s it — your request will be sent to the sales team to process the cancellation.
