If you need to provide more information after submitting your Know Your Business (KYB) application to complete the ApprovalMax Pay Wallets onboarding, you can upload additional documents while your submission is under review.
Here's how to do it:
Log in to your ApprovalMax account and click on Wallets under ApprovalMax Pay to open your KYB submission page:
You'll see a notification confirming that your application has been successfully submitted and is currently being reviewed. To add your files, click on Upload additional documents to open the upload window:
You can drag and drop your files or add them manually by clicking on Upload files. We accept .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG formats, with a maximum size of 10 MB per file:
Once you've finished adding your files, click on the Save button to complete the upload:
