How to add funds to your ApprovalMax Pay Wallet

When you start using ApprovalMax Pay Wallets, the first step is to add funds to your Organisation’s GBP Wallet.

Your GBP Wallet is your base Wallet; from here, you can convert into other supported currencies as needed.

Please note: Only the Wallet Owner or a Wallet Manager can add funds.

To add or top up funds, you can either

  • Click on ADD FUNDS in the top right-hand corner of the Wallets window:

  • Or, click on the Three-dot icon and select Fund:

  • Choose how you want to fund your Wallet:

  1. Faster Payments – for local GBP transfers within the UK. Typically processed within 10–15 minutes, up to 1 business day.

  2. SWIFT – for international transfers. Processing time may vary, usually up to 1 business day.

  • Copy the payment details (account number, sort code or IBAN) and initiate the transfer from your company’s bank account.

  • Once your transfer is complete, the funds will appear in your GBP Wallet, and the transaction will be listed under the Transactions tab.
