Time zone settings in ApprovalMax affect how timestamps appear across your Organisation’s requests, reports and audit trails.
Only Account Owners (and in some cases Administrators) can change the time zone.

This is how you change the time zone:
In Xero, open Accounting -> Advanced -> Financial settings and select your preferred time zone:
Save the changes you made.
Next, in the menu, select the Organisation in ApprovalMax and open Organisation settings and Connection, then sync the Organisation's data:
Disconnect and reconnect the Xero file.
Refresh the page in ApprovalMax after reconnection.
QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online
Currently, due to technical limitations, QuickBooks Online does not share time zone preferences with external applications such as ApprovalMax. As a result, time zone settings cannot be automatically synced from a QuickBooks Online Organisation to ApprovalMax.
However, Account Owners and Organisation Administrators can manually change the time zone directly in the ApprovalMax settings and adjust it to match their preference.
This is how you change the time zone in ApprovalMax
Open Organisation settings and connection, select your preferred time zone and save your changes:
Please note: Changes made to the time zone settings in ApprovalMax will not be automatically pushed to the QuickBooks Online Organisation. The time zone settings in QuickBooks Online are independent of those in ApprovalMax.
