By default, ApprovalMax doesn’t skip any approval steps, even if the same Approvers are assigned to consecutive steps in your workflow. This means that if someone approves a request in the first step and is also listed in the second, they’ll still be asked to approve it again.
However, you can change this behaviour in the workflow settings:
In the Workflow settings under the General tab, you’ll find the Approval Decision Policy section:
If you select "All steps at once" for the approval workflow, an Approver’s decision will automatically apply to all steps they’re assigned to — starting from the moment they approve the first step.
Click on Save Changes in the top right-hand corner to apply the new setting and update the workflow.
