How do I enable ApprovalMax Capture?
There’s no need to activate ApprovalMax Capture separately from your ApprovalMax account. Capture is included with your ApprovalMax subscription and is available as soon as your Vendor Bill workflow is enabled. Once the workflow is active, you can immediately start uploading invoices and other supported documents via Capture.
Is ApprovalMax Capture billed separately?
No. ApprovalMax Capture is included in your ApprovalMax subscription and is not billed as a separate add-on.
Can I track my ApprovalMax Capture usage?
Yes. You can view your document usage under Billing & Subscriptions.
Is there a limit on the number of documents I can process with ApprovalMax Capture?

How does ApprovalMax Capture support larger Organisations with lots of Requesters?
ApprovalMax Capture allows multiple Requesters to upload documents and submit them for approval, which is important for organisations with several departments or geographical locations/entities. Requesters who are not Administrators can only see Bills for which they are the Requester, a Watcher, or an Approver. Requesters are notified about comments and the status of their requests.
