When a finance document in ApprovalMax receives its final approval, ApprovalMax automatically generates an audit report in the form of a PDF file. This report captures essential information about the document - including details such as the document type, relevant data and a chronological record of the approval process - indicating the individuals who approved the request and the corresponding timestamps.
Please note: Currently, audit reports do not include comments. However, they provide a concise overview of the approval trail, enabling easy reference and verification of approval actions.
In addition to being available in ApprovalMax, the audit reports for documents that originate from NetSuite are also uploaded to the respective accounting systems. This ensures that the reports are easily accessible within the accounting platforms, facilitating auditing processes and maintaining comprehensive records.
