What is an Email Trail?

The Email Trail feature allows NetSuite users to view the original email that created a request via the ApprovalMax Capture inbox.

This is where you'll find the Email Trail

  • Go to your Captured by me inbox and select a request that was submitted via email:

  • In the top right-hand corner of the request, click on the Mail icon to open the Email Trail:

  • The Email Trail displays the original email content side by side with the request in ApprovalMax:
