Three-way matching now available for NetSuite
We’ve introduced three-way matching for NetSuite-connected Organisations: you can now match Bills to their related Purchase Orders and Item Receipts before submitting the Bill for approval. Matches can be edited at any point until the Bill is fully approved, giving you better control and accuracy in the approval process.
Journal Entry import via CSV for QuickBooks Online
ApprovalMax now supports CSV file uploads for creating Journal Entries in QuickBooks Online connected Organisations.
Download the ready-to-use template directly from the request form. Fill it in and import up to 200 lines with just a few clicks.
Budget Checking for QuickBooks Online in General Availability
The Budget Checking feature is now generally available for QuickBooks Online connected Organisations on Advanced and Premium plans.
Budget Checking helps finance teams to monitor spending by comparing payables against the budget before approval and visualising the remaining budget using a simple traffic light system.
Editing on Approval is now available for NetSuite requests
Organisation Administrators and Workflow Managers can now set up Editing on Approval for NetSuite-connected Organisations in the approval matrix for any approval step.
The Editing on Approval functionality allows Approvers to make changes to requests during the approval process without first having to reject them and restart the approval process.
This streamlines the approval process and prevents unnecessary delays when minor updates are required.
Xero Credit Note allocations in General Availability
After creating a Credit Note (AP or AR) by copying a Bill or Sales Invoice in ApprovalMax, the full amount is now automatically allocated. Once the Credit Note is approved, the allocation becomes visible and is pushed to Xero.

Increased flexibility with Bill-to-PO Matching for QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online connected Organisations can now increase the line amount on a Bill without removing the matched Purchase Order. This improvement applies when creating or editing a Bill and helps maintain matching continuity, so there's no need to relink Purchase Orders when making simple value adjustments.
Payment details tags in ApprovalMax Pay
To help you quickly identify key payment details at a glance, tags have been introduced in the Payment Details field of Batch Payments.
These tags display:
