With the NUDGE APPROVERS button, Organisation Administrators, Requesters, Reviewers and Approvers can send reminders (email notifications) to Approvers and/or Reviewers who haven't yet acted on a request.
This feature is available for requests with the On Review, On Approval or On Hold status.
The audit log entry will record who was nudged:
Who can use the Nudge functionality?
• Requesters
• Approvers
• Reviewers
• Administrators
Any request participant and Organisation Administrators can nudge Approvers/Reviewers in any request step.
Please note: Reviewers/Approvers of a request who are also its Requester will not receive a Nudge notification.
When is the Nudge functionality available?
Users can nudge any number of Approvers/Reviewers who have not yet made a decision in a current approval or review step:
24 hours after the Nudge feature was used
24 hours after the request was created
24 hours after the request was restarted
24 hours after the request was reviewed
