SuiteTax is a tax module in NetSuite that provides more accurate and flexible tax calculations. In ApprovalMax, SuiteTax data is displayed through a dedicated tax details pop-up.
Please note: This feature is available only if your NetSuite Organisation has SuiteTax enabled.
This is how you view SuiteTax tax details
Please note: You can view SuiteTax tax details in ApprovalMax for all requests except Journal Entries.
Open a request created in NetSuite.
Click on the Tax Amount field in any line to open the SuiteTax details pop-up.
The pop-up shows:
Line-level tax details: a breakdown of how tax is applied to the selected line, including the rate and amount
Document-level tax details: overall tax information for the request, such as nexus, registration numbers and the tax point date
