How to generate Wallet reports

ApprovalMax Pay Wallets include built-in reporting tools that help you monitor Wallet transactions and balances.

From the Transactions or Reports tab, Wallet Owners and Wallet Managers can quickly download reports to review account activity, track running balances, or export data for accounting purposes.

This is how you generate a Wallet report

  • Go to the Transactions tab in the Wallet. In the top right-hand corner, click on the Reports icon:

  • Alternatively, go to the Reports tab and click on + New Report in the top right-hand corner:

  • In the Reports pop-up, fill in the fields to define your report β€” select the report type, date range, file format, and currency:

  • There are two report types available:

  1. Account statement – shows all transactions and summary information for the selected period

  2. Balance activity – provides a detailed record of each settled transaction to help you track ongoing Wallet balances

  • Your currency options will only include currencies that your Organisation has added. You can select multiple currencies:

  • Once you've set up your report, click on Download:

  • Your report will be generated instantly in PDF or CSV format.

Viewing and managing your reports

The Reports tab keeps a full history of all reports you've generated.

From here you can:

  • Filter reports by status, type or date range to find what you need quickly

  • Re-download any previously generated report at any time using the download icon
