From the Transactions or Reports tab, Wallet Owners and Wallet Managers can quickly download reports to review account activity, track running balances, or export data for accounting purposes.
This is how you generate a Wallet report
Alternatively, go to the Reports tab and click on + New Report in the top right-hand corner:
In the Reports pop-up, fill in the fields to define your report — select the report type, date range, file format, and currency:
For Organisations connected to Xero, there are two report types available:
Account statement – shows all transactions and summary information for the selected period.
Balance activity – provides a detailed record of each settled transaction to help you track the ongoing Wallet balance.
For Organisations connected to QuickBooks Online, there is also a third report type available:
Your currency options will only include currencies that your Organisation has added. You can select multiple currencies.
Please note: When generating a Bank Feed report, you can only select one currency per report.
Your report will be generated instantly in PDF or CSV format.
Please note: The downloaded file is generated using your personal language and date format preferences together with your Organisation's time zone. This means the labels, dates and times shown in the document may vary depending on your settings.
Viewing and managing your reports
The Reports tab keeps a full history of all reports you've generated.
From here you can:
Filter reports by status, type or date range to find what you need quickly.
Re-download any previously generated report at any time using the download icon.
