When creating a Quote in ApprovalMax, you have the option to include the Quote's Terms and Conditions, such as payment terms, delivery expectations, warranties, or any other relevant conditions. These Quote Terms provide clarity and establish the contractual obligations between you (the seller) and your customer.
This is how Terms for Quotes can be set up:
Select your Organisation in the main menu and open Approval Workflows under Workflows And Settings.
Click on the Quote workflow.
Click on the gear icon
and scroll down:
Type in the Terms and Conditions you want to include in Quotes by default.
Update/activate the workflow to save your settings.
