ApprovalMax Capture for QuickBooks Online Expenses is now in General Availability
ApprovalMax Capture can now be used with QuickBooks Online Expense requests. This feature lets you automatically extract data from uploaded expense documents to streamline Expense request creation. The captured data populates the request form, reducing the need for manual entry.
Expense documents can be submitted to Capture in two ways:
By attaching a file directly within an Expense request form
Via the Bulk Upload button after selecting "New Request"
