An ApprovalMax Auditor has a read-only user role. This allows Auditors to better understand the approval workflow in operation, without the risk of accidentally changing, approving or rejecting something.

How to add an Auditor:
To assign the Auditor role, simply navigate to the Users page, add a new person and select "Auditor" from the drop-down menu:
