Assigning a new role to a user in ApprovalMax

Organisation Administrators and Workflow Managers can assign different roles to users.

To assign a new role to a user:

  • Find your Organisation in the main menu.

  • Open the Users page under Workflows and settings:


  • Locate the user whose role you want to update. In the Role column next to their name, click on the current role to open the drop-down menu and select the new role. The role change will apply immediately.
