Organisation Administrators and Workflow Managers can assign different roles to users.
This is how you assign a new role to an ApprovalMax user
Find your Organisation in the main menu.
Open the Users page under Workflows and settings:
Locate the user whose role you want to update. In the Role column next to their name, click on the current role to open the drop-down menu and select the new role. The role change will apply immediately.
