A Manual Journal number is assigned in Xero once the journal is fully approved in ApprovalMax. 

Xero's API doesn't support automatic numbering for Manual Journals, so the number is generated directly in Xero and won't appear anywhere in ApprovalMax.

To view the assigned number, open the journal in Xero using the <b>"Open in Xero"</b> link on the approved request.
