This setting determines when ApprovalMax inserts a link to the request in NetSuite: either after the final approval or during the first sync of the request.
This is how you configure this setting
In the main menu, select your Organisation and go to Approval workflows under Workflows and settings. Then open the relevant workflow:
Click on the Cog icon to open the workflow settings and choose your preferred option:
Click on SAVE first, then on UPDATE THE WORKFLOW.
