Can I reconnect my NetSuite subsidiary to a new ApprovalMax Organisation?

If your NetSuite subsidiary was previously connected to an ApprovalMax Organisation and you now want to reconnect it to a newly created ApprovalMax Organisation, you need to:​

  1. Disconnect the initially connected ApprovalMax Organisation from the NetSuite subsidiary
    ​

  2. Retire or delete this ApprovalMax Organisation
    ​

  3. Create a new ApprovalMax Organisation and then connect it to your NetSuite subsidiary
    ​

Please note: Due to OAuth 2.0 restrictions, it's not possible to reconnect previously connected NetSuite subsidiaries to a new ApprovalMax Organisation without removing the previous integration first.
