NEW New navigation (public beta)
A new navigation is introduced. In separates requests by type into specific folders. For those types that support creation of requests in ApprovalMax a shortcut to creation is implemented – a plus icon against such section. Requests are also separated into the sections by statuses under the main folder. A new navigation also provides an ability to switch between multiple Organisations with dropdown field that supports search.
To enable the new navigation just click on the "TRY NOW!" button in the current sidebar menu (navigation):
NEW Report scheduler is introduced
Now you can setup rules for your reports to be delivered to the specified email addresses on the date and time based on the rule configuration:
NEW Line item reports (public beta)
Previously all reports were built on the whole request level: if one line was matching the criterion – the whole request was considered as matching. Now the line item level reports are introduced, which allows to build reports precisely on exactly matching line items:
