How to accept an invitation to the Partner Portal

Accept an invitation in the Avatar menu

Messages about an invitation to the Partner Portal appear in the Avatar menu of authorised users who have a profile and received one or more invitations to a business account.

Click on your Avatar in the top right-hand corner and then on ACCEPT if you want to accept the invitation:

If you receive multiple invitations, you will be prompted to select and confirm your choice.

Alternatively, you can accept an invitation to the Partner Portal from the respective email notification:

Please note: users can only be added as a Manager/Member/User Manager to one business account. It is impossible to add a user who is a business Account Owner to another business account.
