Every trial version expires after 14 days. When your ApprovalMax trial ends, you’ll no longer be able to create new approval requests, update workflows or make other changes.
Please note: If you already have an ApprovalMax subscription and want to add a new Organisation under a trial, the trial period will be limit to 3 days for such Organisations.
Once your trial expires, you have several options. You can:
Start a paid subscription - to continue using ApprovalMax with all your existing data and settings, simply click on BUY NOW on the Billing & Subscriptions page next to your Organisation name:
Request a trial extension - if you need a trial period longer than three days, you can request an extension. Also on the Billing & Subscriptions page, click on REQUEST ADDITIONAL TRIAL:
Provide a reason for the extension:
If you don't want to proceed with a paid subscription and would like your data to be removed, please Contact Support directly in the product.
