Organisation Administrators can provide a message that will be shown to Requesters during Sales Invoice creation.
This is how you set up instructions for Sales Invoice Requesters
Select your Organisation in the main menu and go to Approval workflows under Workflows and settings:
Open the Sales Invoice workflow:
Click on the Gear icon and scroll down:
Type in the message that will be shown to Requesters when they create a new Sales Invoice. If you don't want Requesters to see any instructions, then leave this field blank.
Apply your settings by clicking on SAVE in the upper right-hand corner of the Workflow Settings window and update/activate the workflow.
