How to set up notifications about Sales Invoice approvals

It is possible to configure ApprovalMax in a way that notifications about the most important events regarding Sales Invoices are sent to a particular email address.

Pulling Sales Invoices from Xero:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to configure ApprovalMax so that it notifies the actual person who created a particular Sales Invoice in Xero (because Xero doesn't share via the API who has raised the Sales Invoice). In fact, only the one user who was specified in the first step (Pull from Xero) in the Sales Invoice workflow will receive notifications.

In order to select the email address where notifications are to be sent, please open the Sales Invoice workflow and select a user in the Pull from Xero step.

Creating Sales Invoice in ApprovalMax:

Requesters can turn on instant notifications in My Profile> Notifications section under their Avatar:
