In ApprovalMax, taxes are shown as Inclusive or Exclusive depending on what was selected for the particular Bill when it was created.
Xero does it as follows:
In editing mode, Xero shows amounts according to the value (Inclusive or Exclusive) selected for the Bill (the same way ApprovalMax does):
In view mode, however, Xero always shows amounts as Exclusive (even if the Bill was originally created as Inclusive):
So, that's why there's a difference:
The Bill itself is Inclusive, and that's how ApprovalMax shows it
In Xero's view mode, however, it is always shown as Exclusive
