Emails will now be sent from different mailboxes, so you can set a more granular filtering in your email client:

[email protected] inform you about new approval requests and comments. You can reply to such emails and your comments will be added in ApprovalMax.

[email protected] sends a summary about all requests pending your decision every morning.

[email protected] notifies you when someone selects you as their Delegate or sets a Delegate for you.

[email protected] notify the Administrators of an Organisation if something goes wrong, for example, a disabled Xero connection or documents that can't be approved in Xero.
