Fixed some issues with Purchase Order approvals
Improved handling of the Lock date: it is now clearly indicated if there is a Lock date issue which means the request can't be approved in Xero. We'll be notifying the Organisation's Administrator about such issues with the next update.
βImproved handling of temporary errors on the Xero side: it is now clearly indicated in the request if there is a problem and the request will be synced as soon as the connection has been re-established
