Enhanced invitations
Inviting managers to join ApprovalMax is an important step and we want it to be flawless, which is why we've made some important changes:
When you now click on "Save" after adding a new person to an Organisation or request type, an invitation dialogue will open where you can enter this person's first and last name as well as a custom invitation text
Managers will get a friendly email; with their real name on it, an invitation message, and the information about who has invited them to which Organisation
Improvements and fixes in emails
Now, the full Bill/Invoice/Purchase Order name will be shown in email notifications
Comments will be included in the email notifications about rejections
Improved reliability of the integration setup
If the Xero integration is switched on and off successively in a short space of time for multiple Organisations, ApprovalMax could sometimes not cope with it. Now, this is handled much more reliably.
Faster requests loading
We've made a couple of changes to handle the quickly increasing number of requests in ApprovalMax better, the requests lists now load much faster, and more performance fixes will follow.
First and last names
We've decided to use people's first and last names instead of a combined name in order to make emails and other communications sound more friendly.
Fixed the problem of infinite progress after an approval from mobile devices
After clicking on the "Approve" button in the notfication email on a mobile device for the first time, managers often saw "infinite progress" although the request had actually been approved. We've fixed that.
