If you want to restrict Approvers from changing or adding Approvers in requests, please contact the Customer Support team.
We will then enable a special feature for your Organisation, which prevents that Approvers can make such changes.
There are two options we can activate for all Approvers in your Organisation:
Approvers will not be able to reassign requests, but can edit the assigned Approvers (add additional Approvers)
Approvers will not be able to reassign requests on the fly or change the assigned Approvers
