How to set up an approval workflow

This is how you set up an approval workflow:
  1. Go to “Approval workflow” in your Company
  2. Connect to Xero/QuickBooks if you want to set up approval workflows for Xero/QuickBooks documents
  3. Select one of the predefined workflows or design a new one
  4. Create as many approval steps as you need
  5. Add the Approvers for each step by typing in their email address
  6. If required, define Approvers based on particular conditions
  7. Activate your approval workflow
