In QuickBooks Online, you can set up classes and locations to see how the various areas of your business are performing (such as departments, distribution channels, different services and products)

In ApprovalMax, you can use QuickBooks Online classes and locations to split responsibilities between Approvers. To achieve this, assign
classes and locations
to the respective Approvers in the approval matrix (Company > Approval workflows > Define conditional Approvers in the approval matrix).
With QuickBooks Online
classes and locations you can also split responsibilities between Requesters
Then assign classes and locations
to each item during PO creation in ApprovalMax.
Note: Classes and locations are currently only available in the web app; we will release this feature for mobile apps soon.
