What if Xero requests are not being pulled to ApprovalMax?

It might happen that your Xero requests are not being pulled to ApprovalMax.
If you have created a request in Xero (which is now in the "Awaiting approval" status) but you don't see it in ApprovalMax, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on update button  next to your Avatar.

    If your request is still not pulled to ApprovalMax, go to step 2.

  2. Go to Xero, open your request and click on the Save button. Then return to ApprovalMax and click again on the update button    for request synchronisation.

    If your request is still not pulled to ApprovalMax, go to step 3.

  3. Contact us on support@approvalmax.com with a list of requests that haven't been pulled to ApprovalMax.
