Xero Requester is notified about:
- Approvals (intermediate and final)
Please follow following simples steps to fix the problem:
- Logout from ApprovalMax (supposing that you are logged in under your email)
- Go to ApprovalMax reset password page: https://app.approvalmax.com/#resetPassword
- Enter Xero requester email (say email@example.com) and click "Reset"
- Go to the Mailbox (firstname.lastname@example.org in our case), click on the link and complete the profile setup
- After that emails will be properly sent to email@example.com. You can check notification checkboxes for Xero requester in "My profile"
