Why do I / my colleague see "Trial expired" message

"Your trial expires in X days" message is shown to those who signed up for ApprovalMax trial to set up approval workflow for their company.

This message is gone after the purchase.

Typical problems:
  • If you have made the purchase and this message is still not gone this means subscription might not get activated properly
  • If you never intended to set up approval workflow yourself (company admin does that for you), but just use ApprovalMax to approve / request approvals, this means you have signed up for your own trial instead of being added to an existing company
